Founded in 1929 as an electrical workshop, the enterprise developed into a major repair and trading company for electrical machines and transformers. After 1955 the present site in Vienna-Favoriten was built up. Its large scale works and storage capacity make it possible to handle the operations and keep stock of large machines and transformers efficiently.

In 1991 the management was handed to Georg Barth, who - based on experience and tradition - succesfully implemented new standards regarding the internal and external structures of the enterprise.

The strategy of the enterprise is oriented to high standards of quality, product functionality and adequate service.
